Judges decision is final and binding on all who enter and no correspondence will be entered into. Incomplete and illegible entries will be deemed invalid and will be discarded.
The entry drawn by the judges will be deemed the major prize winner. The major prize winner will receive a Lockwood four berth dog trailer valued at $4500.00. The promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any change in the value of the prize occurring at any stage of this promotion.
Prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
