Terms and Conditions

1: Information on how to enter forms part of these conditions of entry. Entry to this promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

2: Entry is only open to all residents of Australia only. Promotion commences 1/11/2009 & closes, last mail received on 1/4/2010. All prizes will be drawn at The Great Australian Petfood Company (27A, 1-3 Endeavour Rd Caringbah. NSW Australia) premises on 5/4/2010. All winners will be notified by mail after being contacted by telephone on 5/4/2010 & the Australian Newspaper, using the contact details provided in their entry.

3: To enter send in any barcode from a ‘Winning Edge’ product. Please also include your name, phone numbers and address contact details. Send your completed entry to WINNING EDGE PROMOTION, PO Box 98, Caringbah NSW Australia 1495

4: Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Incomplete entries will be deemed invalid and discarded.

5: First entry drawn by the judges will be deemed the major prize winner. Two subsequent draws will be minor prize winners. The major prize winner will receive a greyhound stud service from Meadow Park Stud valued at $2200. The minor prizes are a $1980 Winning Edge Therapeutic Greyhound Laser and $500 Fuel Voucher. Te Promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any change in the value of the prizes occurring ay any stage of the promotion.

6: Prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

7: By entering the competition the entrant consents to receipt of any correspondence regarding the competition and other correspondence which inform the entrant of the Promoters other publications, products, services and to promote third part goods and services it may be interested in.

9: If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned (including but not limited to) infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affect the administrations security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.

10: Entries will not be returned. All entries submitted become the property of the Promoter. As a condition of entering this promotion, each entry warrants to the Promoter that each entry submitted is an original artistic work of the entrant which does not infringe the rights of any third party. The entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter against all claims and costs by third parties arising from a breach of the warranty set out in this condition. The Promoter is entitled to use any of the entries received for any purpose at its discretion

11: All entries become the property of the Promoter. The collection, use and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this competition is governed by the Privacy Act 1988.

12: In the event of any unclaimed prizes, an unclaimed prize draw will occur three months after the official draw on 5/7/2010.
